Less chasing. A smoother first impression.

Get new clients started sooner.

The client said yes. Now come the forms, reminders, folders and the same welcome email you rewrote last week. I put those steps in order so work can start sooner.

Talk through your workflow ↗

A new client should mean new work, not another admin pile.

I help service businesses connect the steps between an accepted proposal and a ready-to-start project. You get a consistent checklist, the client knows what to send, and your team can see what is still missing.

What we could put in place

  1. Start a checklist when your team approves a new client.
  2. Prepare the welcome message and document requests from your templates.
  3. Create the project record and folders in your existing tools.
  4. Track outstanding items and prepare reminders for review.

How we check the benefit

We measure staff time per client, missing information and days from acceptance to a ready-to-start project. We also check whether the team actually uses the new process.

Is this right for your business?

A good fit for agencies, consultants and other service firms that repeat a similar setup for every client. We begin with one service and one agreed process.

Your team approves contracts, fees and sensitive communications. We agree what information the system can access before any connection is made.

Scope and cost

A review of one workflow is $500, credited toward a build. A small pilot starts at $2,500; standard implementations start at $4,500. The final price depends on the systems involved and the work required. Software fees are separate.

You receive a written scope, documentation, a walkthrough and 30 days of defect fixes. Ongoing care is optional. We agree a realistic schedule after looking at your tools and availability.

I’m based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, working with local service businesses and teams across the U.S.
