Follow up before they move on.
A quote request lands while you’re with a customer. By the time you reply, they’ve called someone else. I help you acknowledge the inquiry, collect what you need, and keep the next step moving.

WHERE I CAN HELP
That’s where we start. Here are three common places where a few connected steps can make work easier.

We look at a task you keep repeating. What happens now? Where does it get stuck? What would a better week look like?
I put the cost beside the likely benefit. You get a clear scope and price. If the change won’t earn its keep, I’ll say so.
I build and test it with you, show your team how to use it, and check what changed. You keep the setup and instructions.
WHAT IT COSTS
The first conversation is free. A project begins only after we agree on the work and a fixed price.
A written plan: what to change, what to leave alone, and whether the numbers make sense.

Standard implementations from $4,500.Software and usage fees are separate and estimated upfront. Every build includes documentation, a team walkthrough and 30 days of fixes to the agreed work.
I’ve spent more than 12 years working in data, technology and AI. The part I enjoy most is taking a frustrating process and making it easier for the people doing the work.

A FEW FAIR QUESTIONS
No. Show me the task you repeat and the tools you use. I’ll explain what can be improved, what it would cost and where a person still needs to be involved.
Usually the starting point is what you already pay for. I check its built-in features first. If a simple setting solves the problem, that is the recommendation. New tools only get added when there is a clear reason.
Before a build, we agree a baseline: time spent, follow-ups missed or work delayed. Then we compare it with the result. Extra revenue is measured after delivery costs, and time saved is not automatically a reduction in payroll.
A workflow review is $500, credited toward a build. A small, clearly scoped pilot starts at $2,500. Standard implementations start at $4,500. You get a written scope and fixed quote before deciding. Software subscriptions are separate.
Each build includes a 30-day window to fix defects in the agreed scope, documentation and a way to do the task manually. Optional care starts at $400 a month for one workflow. Support hours and response times are agreed in writing; round-the-clock support is not included.
