Copying numbers between spreadsheets. Pulling a weekly report. Looking for the latest version of a document. I connect the repeatable steps so you can spend that time on the business.
Talk through your workflow ↗The weekly report shouldn’t take half your Friday.
I start with a task your team repeats, then check the source information and how the result gets used. The aim is a useful report or a cleaner handoff that takes less effort to prepare and remains easy to check.
What we could put in place
- Connect one or two agreed data sources, such as a spreadsheet and CRM.
- Move approved information without retyping it.
- Prepare a regular report or summary from those records.
- Flag missing information and exceptions for someone to review.
How we check the benefit
We compare preparation time, corrections and the number of manual steps. Time freed up is useful capacity; we only call it a cash saving if an actual expense goes away.
Is this right for your business?
A good fit when the same report or task repeats every week and the source information is reasonably consistent. If the data needs cleanup first, that is scoped separately.
Financial calculations use defined rules. AI can help summarize information, but it does not approve payments or replace your accountant.
Scope and cost
A review of one workflow is $500, credited toward a build. A small pilot starts at $2,500; standard implementations start at $4,500. The final price depends on the systems involved and the work required. Software fees are separate.
You receive a written scope, documentation, a walkthrough and 30 days of defect fixes. Ongoing care is optional. We agree a realistic schedule after looking at your tools and availability.
